SAIC is seeking a TOPS Project Integrator. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph and is located in Chantilly, VA.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:  

• Translate customer intent into multi-year strategies, annual roadmaps, action plans, and requirements.
• Track course execution across milestones in preparation for course decisions. 
• Design and orchestrate workflows, business rules, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate course scheduling using various customer missing planning tools, final training exercise management, role-player coordination and management.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and 18 years or more of related experience. Masters and 16 years or more experience; PhD or JD and 13 years or more experience.
• 5 years of experience serving in PCS customer assignments.
• Demonstrated experience with customer mission planning tools.
• Familiarity supporting role-play as part of customer training, including developing and supporting role-player schedules, course content development, and managing access to various customer facilities.
• Demonstrated strong understanding of the technical operations officer sub-occupation and its capabilities and contributions across the customer mission space.

Desired Qualifications: 

• 3 years as TOPS officer.
• Experience working multiple customer lines-of-business.
• Experience teaching in areas of adult learning.
• Experience supporting unilateral technical operations and working.
