SAIC is seeking an experienced Senior Treasury Manager to lead critical treasury operations, cash flow forecasting, bank relationship management, financial risk analytics, and corporate financing transactions. This highly visible role combines hands-on liquidity & cash flow management with strategic responsibilities in capital structure and financing execution. You will work closely with the Treasurer, various internal stakeholders, and banking partners to strengthen SAIC's financial resilience and support long-term growth. This opportunity can be worked 100% remotely for the right candidate.
What You Will Do
Treasury Operations; Working Capital & Liquidity Management
- Oversee cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning
- Maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts incorporating inputs from FP&A, Tax, Accounting, and Financial Shared Services; conduct variance analysis and deliver insights to senior leadership
- Oversee key treasury operations including cash settlements & bank administration
- Manage AR Sale Facility activities including journal entry preparation and cash receipts reconciliation
Capital Markets & Financing Execution
- Prepare internal leadership updates on capital structure and capital deployment activities including BoD presentations
- Assist with bank, lender, and rating agency relationship management
- Evaluate capital structure alternatives and provide recommendations on corporate financing transactions including term loans and bonds
- Track share repurchase program activities; perform valuation analysis and provide recommendations on share repurchase program structure
- Monitor market conditions, rates, spreads, and peer activity to advise on financing windows
- Controls, Compliance & Governance
- Support GAAP and SEC reporting, including 10 Q and 10 K disclosures
- Manage SOX-aligned internal controls, SOC 1 reviews, audit requests, and segregation of duties assessments
- Coordinate quarterly debt compliance certifications, covenant monitoring,
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and day to day support & mentorship to Treasury team members
- Collaborate closely with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, Financial Shared Services, and external banking partners to ensure timely execution of treasury activities
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required and 18 years of experience. Master's degree and 16 years.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate treasury, finance, accounting, or capital markets
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, and external partners
- Advanced Excel financial modeling skills with proven ability building quantitative financial models (cash-flow forecasting, DCF, sensitivity analysis)
- Strong expertise in cash management & working capital optimization
- Proven ability to coordinate financing transactions and negotiations across multiple stakeholders
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
