Certification Details
• Please refer to the UD/Cost Center for required certifications.
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support: Required for certain units such as ICU, SICU, MICU, etc.
• BLS - Basic Life Support: AHA only.
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support: Required for PICU, Peds, ER.
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure: Required for Nursery, NICU, and L&D.
• CHEMO - Chemotherapy: Required for Oncology RN.
• TNCC - Trauma Nursing Core Course: Required for ER, MSTICU.
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring: AWHONN Intermediate required for L&D.
• Tech Cert Verification - National: Copy of valid professional certificate or verification from certifying board.
• HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement: Required within 12 months of start.
• State License 1 Verification: Floating may be required, so compact license may be needed.
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP): Required within 30 days of start
• NIH Stroke Certification: Updated annually and required for specific units.
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute: Certification for All Psych positions.

Job Details
• Level 1 Trauma Center with high acuity patient population with multiple specialty service lines.
• 13 weeks, Thursday and Friday Nights, 2 X 12's.
• Holiday requirement: based on unit needs.
• Floating requirement: floating may be required between like departments, units and facilities as needed.
