We are seeking a driven and resourceful Industrial Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in either Midvale, UT, The Woodlands, TX, or Pottstown, PA.  In this role, you will conduct full-cycle recruiting, focusing on industrial and skilled labor positions, including CDL drivers, heavy equipment operators, maintenance technicians, and warehouse personnel. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume, blue-collar recruiting and a strong understanding of the industrial workforce.

What you will be doing

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for industrial roles, from intake to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop customized recruiting strategies
  • Source active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, referral programs, and local outreach
  • Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate communication throughout the process
  • Ensure a positive and timely candidate experience while maintaining communication and transparency
  • Maintain accurate applicant tracking and pipeline activity in Dayforce (our Applicant Tracking System)
  • Attend job fairs, community events, and partner with local workforce centers or vocational programs to drive outreach
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company hiring policies, including DOT regulations when applicable
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the recruiting function

 

What we need from you

  • Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building abilities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • Friendly, professional communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required

 

Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience accepted
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within industrial, logistics, construction, or manufacturing environments
  • PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus
  • Familiarity with DOT-regulated hiring and safety-sensitive positions is a plus

 

Here are some of the physical Requirements

  • Work is sedentary in a field office environment
  • Hybrid with intent to move to 100% in office
  • Some overnight travel may be required
