This job is primarily responsible for supervising and managing the maintenance and upkeep of Plant Buildings, Structures, Roads and Carpentry work at SDDPL premises. 

What you'll do

• Making BOQ of small to large scale Civil works in projects
• Maintenance of the current facilities 
• Conduct on site investigations 
• Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
• Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
• Manage budget
• Knowledge on production flooring, cold storage, roof and puff panels.

What you need to succeed

Technical Competencies:

• Qualification: BE Civil/ Diploma Civil
• Experience: 2 to 3 Years of experience

Technical Competencies:

• Sound Knowledge about Project Concepts & Site Execution.
• Knowledge of Project Management.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, 18001 and 22000, safety and quality will be added advantage.
• Thorough knowledge about Plant & Utility Maintenance 
• Skills in solving any problem related to project planning, execution, estimation, etc.
• Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, etc.
