As a demand planner, this partner will assume various responsibilities involved in analyzing structured /unstructured data, as well as formalizing and communicating an accurate consensus plan. This includes working with sales and supply chain partners to formulate the best demand plan for the organization while managing different processes such as: seasonality, new product launches, LTO/promotion, and internal needs. Developing and maintaining good relationships within Sales, Customer Service and Supply Chain partners is essential.
This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule (Monday-Friday) located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is 3 days/week onsite at Home Office and 2 days/week from home.

What you'll Do:
- Orchestrate the development of a consensus plan and leverage systems and process to communicate the appropriate level of information with documented assumptions.
- Address and correct gaps in forecast accuracy, bias, and assumptions by collaborating with stakeholders and analyzing short/long term history and forecast performance.
- Owns the entire forecast process: high level forecast down to the low level sku forecast within the respective product category.
- Develops the demand strategy for the product life cycle (new item launch to product discontinuation).
- Owns the approval process for safety stock adjustments in the planning team.
- Responsible for weekly range planning process to update supply planning on short term forecast predictability.
- Supports the monthly S&OP process with a structured approach to communicate actual demand vs plan and future demand changes.
- Update the forecastability matrix quarterly to ensure demand planning, supply planning and operations are aligned with use of demand information in relationship to production strategies.
- Assist in developing the annual business plan forecast and reconcile plan to actual on a weekly basis.
- Manage new, transition, discontinued items and limited time offers through collaboration with sales, planning, distribution and customer service partners.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- 7+ years' experience in demand management, production planning, and inventory control.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues/opportunities.
- Must possess high level analytical skills including advanced technical proficiency/knowledge of Excel and Access.
- Must have strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and team player.
- Effective planning and organization/work management skills.
- Strong system aptitude including JDA, excel, Diver, access and Oracle.
- Ability to understand the data structure and information flows of our execution, planning and analysis systems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional team.
- Finance basics.
- “Customer–Facing” - Dealing directly with customers.
