As the Marketing Manager, you will lead Schreiber's presence on the digital shelf and drive digital engagement across major retailers and foodservice operators. You will ensure our products are accurately represented online, optimized for discoverability, and supported by digital marketing strategies that generate awareness and leads. Your work will have a major impact on department results with content strategies, social media, and performance analytics to elevate our brands/products in the digital marketplace.
As the Marketing Manager, you will independently lead a broad range of moderately complex initiatives, influence cross-functional partners (including senior leaders), and drive measurable improvements in digital visibility, engagement, and lead generation. You will be responsible for developing strategy, managing execution, and optimizing processes, content, and tools tied to digital shelf and digital marketing performance. The Marketing Manager will also coach other partners and contribute to overall department goal‑setting and planning.
This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule (Monday-Friday) located at our Home Office in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The hybrid work schedule is 3 days/week onsite at Home Office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days/week from home.

What you'll do:
- Digital Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans for various channels (SEO, PPC, Social Media).
- Digital Shelf Management: Own product content across retailer and operator platforms (e.g., Walmart, Kroger, Amazon, Sysco, US Foods). Ensure images, descriptions, attributes, and rich content meet best practices and customer requirements.
- Social Media and Digital Marketing: Develop, execute, and manage multiple social media strategies to engage B2B and B2C audiences. Create and manage paid digital campaigns (search, display, social) to drive traffic and conversations.
- Content Management: Oversee content creation, maintain digital marketing calendars, and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Lead Generation: Build and optimize digital tactics to capture and nurture leads for foodservice and retail partnerships. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Develop and monitor KPIs like search ranking, conversion, engagement, and lead quality; provide actional insights.
- Cross-functional Influence: Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to align digital strategies with brand objectives.
- Digital Tools: Lead and utilize platforms like Syndigo, Salsify, and marketing automation tools for content syndication and lead management.
- Innovation: Monitor emerging trends in e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing and recommend enhancements to advance CPG and foodservice.
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of Digital marketing, e-commerce, or CPG and 7+ years of experience preferred.
- 3+ years demonstrated experience leading multi-channel digital campaigns, digital shelf programs, or e‑commerce-focused initiatives.
- Deep understanding of retailer and operator digital ecosystems.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, analytics, and web design basics.
- Experience with digital shelf tools (Syndigo, Salsify) and marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Shorts etc.)
- Proven success leading digital marketing and social media engagement strategy and lead generation campaigns.
- Strong analytical capability to interpret data, identify insights, and influence strategy.
- Ability to coach others, delegate tasks, and lead end-to-end projects.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
