In charge for Quality control and assurance of Cheese.

What you'll do:

• Oversee the testing done by the subordinates as per the SOPs and ensure accuracy of testing and reporting.
• Release of products for market on basis of specifications / customer requirement.
• Ensure preparation of various customer documentation & reports, Consumer complaint analysis and redresses, and
• handling of market returns, Rejections etc.
• To check & maintain the record properly & to verify the testing of the on line products
• Handle Statutory & Customer audits, documentation in coordination with Systems Team. Comply with the
• requirements of Food Safety Management Systems, 5S, GLP activities.
• Active liasoning with production dept. regarding feedback about product quality on day to day basis.
• Reply to customer complaints, weekly complaint responses and various reports etc
• Sensory evaluation of manufactured products, shelf-life samples and new developing products with team.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor's degree in Dairy Technology, Dairy science, Dairy Microbiology, Food Technology
• 8+ years' experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety or Production
• Proven leadership experience in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to make good business decisions quickly
• Excellent analytical Skills
• Excellent Communication (Verbal & Written)
