Position Summary:
The function of the machine shop attendant is to process parts and raw materials throughout the organization. Machine shop attendants in this area handle a variety of materials and products.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Education and/or Experience:
*2+ years of recent forklift experience and a previous certification or license.
*Must be able to work well in a team environment.
*Must be able to work under the direction of a supervisor and lead.
*Must be able to follow established safety procedures.
*Workers are expected to help meet and exceed predetermined daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
*Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
*Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
