The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention. SPA's Strategic Division's Strategic Development Group (SDG) supports critical U.S. government programs providing Systems Engineering support, Systems Safety support and Financial Analysis support. SDG is hiring for an Administrative Assistant to support our Maritime Plaza office located at the Washington Navy Yard area in Washington, DC. Responsibilities This role requires clear, proactive communication with group, division, and department leadership to coordinate and support both classified and unclassified visitors, meetings, and security training activities. Key responsibilities include managing forms and documentation, maintaining calendars, tracking and uploading recurring deliverables, and organizing team events. The candidate will work closely with other administrative assistants and security personnel across the division and company to ensure seamless meeting execution and strict adherence to security protocols. This high-visibility, high-impact position is stationed at the Reception Desk at SPA's Maritime Plaza location, where the candidate will serve as a professional, welcoming representative for visiting clients and partners. Qualifications Required Qualifications: High School Diploma. Capable of obtaining an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance. US Citizenship Required. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. 2 to 5 years of experience in administrative or security support. Ability to coordinate and support large-scale, high impact meetings. Desired Qualifications: Obtained or pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree. Familiarity with Department of Defense and Navy-specific organizations. Active Secret Clearance.
