Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of government or military related experience
- Ability to work on-site at the Washington Navy Yard full-time
- Experience with submarine design, construction, operations and/or sustainment.
- Active SECRET security clearance
Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ years of government or military related experience
- Experience as a Chief of Staff for a NAVSEA program office
- Experience working with the U.S. BYG-1 Combat System and/or with NAVSEA 05
Responsibilities
In this role, the Chief of Staff will support the AUKUS I&A Office's Technical & Combat Systems Integration Team. Responsibilities will include coordination of directorate initiatives; task tracking; executive level meeting facilitation and briefing preparations; developing and implementing office and organizational administrative policies and procedures; analyzing processes and workflow's, formulating process improvement recommendations; and ensuring smooth operation of the office. There may be opportunities for periodic trips outside of the DC area to support customer meetings.
This position is located at the Washington Navy Yard in DC.
Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Washington, DC Pay Transparency Range: $130,000 – $170,000.
