The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team automates business processes in audit, divestiture, business process engineering, and quality of life improvements for the Army FM community. RPA is a form of business process automation in which the developer produces a list of actions to automate a task, and software bots execute those actions. SPA has an immediate need for a Business Analyst. #KS Responsibilities Your role will be to 1) Lead the end-to-end Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and workflow automation (document, design, build, test, deploy, maintain) using recommended best practices, 2) Collaborate with other agencies, military personnel, civilians, and contractors with regard to RPA interest, inquiries, and collaboration projects, 3) Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams, to design and deliver automated solutions, 4) Work with SMEs to ensure requirements are thorough and complete, 5) Serve as primary point of contact with assigned RPA customers and liaise between customers and RPA Developers. Support RPA customers by providing answers, expertise, and insights as needed, 6) Brief potential RPA customers on RPA capabilities as needed, 7) Capture keystroke level detail from customers/process owners during automation development, 8) Present/speak to RPA requests and status of projects to the client, project manager, and governance boards as needed, 9) Develop RPA tools, documentation, presentations, videos, and other promotional materials, 10) Collaborate with the developers to ensure customers' development requirements are accurately captured for automation projects, 11) Become familiar with RPA software as time allows to enhance knowledge of how automation works and to better inform customers on bot capabilities, 12) Support the governance of the RPA process, 13) Develop and track metrics and financial projections for each automation, and 14) Facilitate email communications between clients. Qualifications Required Qualifications: BA/BS or MA/MS degree 5 -10 years of analysis, business process improvement or consulting experience, preferably for automation project and preferably for DoD clients UiPath, Power Platform, or other automation software certification(s) preferred, but not required Coursework or work experience may be substituted in lieu of certifications Experience with crafting detailed Process Design Documentation (PDDs), process/ keystroke mappings (Visio, process recording, etc.), training briefs, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), specific to building Robotic Process Automations Experience working in fully-remote work settings, including excellent communication skills, the use of virtual project management tools, leading virtual meetings/workshops, and other work exercises An active DoD SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain Desired Qualifications: PMP certification is desired, but not required Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance
