This position is in USSTRATCOM Portfolio within the Strategic Systems Analysis Group (SSAG) of the Strategic Systems Division, specializing in comprehensive program and project management, assessments, technical and analytical support to the design, development and operations of modernized systems. Responsibilities The primary purpose of this position is to support cyberspace research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) activities related to modernization of the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3) architecture. Provides broad-based technical, operational, and advisory support to facilitate actions and activities necessary for establishment of a comprehensive NC3 Enterprise cyberspace construct focused on continuous monitoring with enhanced detection, response, and threat mitigation on operationally relevant timelines. Supports cross-functional teaming to inform and evaluate capabilities to enhance the cyber defense of NC3 systems and networks through incorporation of Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) design & implementation; analysis of comprehensive endpoint and network telemetry data, and control capabilities enabling rapid investigation and remediation of indicators of compromise and threats to mission execution. Applies operational and technical expertise to inform development and maturation of NC3 Enterprise Cyberspace Operations Strategy; NC3 Cyberspace Data Strategy; Technical Requirements & Standards; Test and Evaluation (T&E) standards, NC3 Enterprise Cyberspace Training Standards & Operational Evaluation Criteria and Procedures; Concept of Operations (CONOPS); and Measures of Performance (MOP) and Measures of Effectiveness (MOE). Participates in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data and information to present potential solutions and recommendations. Participate in the development and/or implementation of necessary tests, experiments, demonstrations, assessments, and analytical procedures and processes. Support project management duties required for successful completion of complex projects and programs. Interfaces with client and program management on technical, operational, and/or analytic requirements. Ensures adequacy, accuracy, and quality of relevant contract deliverables. May represent company at meetings, seminars, and other professional gatherings. May prepare material for presentations or discussions relative to progress of the program. Performs other duties as assigned. Work location is at or in vicinity of Offutt AFB, Nebraska with the possibility of periodic travel. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of experience in cybersecurity / defensive cyberspace operations, and computer science areas. Must maintain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance with access eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Nuclear Command and Control - Extremely Sensitive Information (NC2-ESI), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and Special Access Required (SAR) classified material. At least 7 years of experience at a Combatant Command, Joint Staff, Service Staff, or DoD OSD levels with expertise in cyberspace, and command, control, and communications (C3). Knowledge of systems, networks, and communications architectures and technical standards supporting national and nuclear C2/C3 operations. Desired Qualifications: Master's Degree with 15 years of experience in cybersecurity / defensive cyberspace operations, and computer science areas. At least 10 years of experience at a Combatant Command, Joint Staff, Service Staff, or DoD OSD levels with expertise in cyberspace, and command, control, and communications (C3). Knowledge of next generation communications, cryptography, and advanced information technology capabilities.
