Responsibilities Assist in reviewing, analyzing, and validating Debt Deferment, No FEAR, and Unusual Progress Payment request packets. Knowlege of invoice review and approval processes. Knowledge of applicable federal regulations (FAR/DFARS) and experience with prime contractors or subcontractors across various contract types. Knowledge of the entire lifecycle of contracts ensuring compliance. Knowledge of contract law, regulations, and compliance standards. Professional writing and communication skills. Computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office) to support effective communications. At SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain the top talent.
