Qualifications
Required:
- In-depth knowledge of the Funds Control Module (FCM), General Fund Business Enterprise System (GFEBS), Faces-to-Spaces, and reimbursable business processes
- 5+ years in teaching, training, and utilizing GFEBS for business processes involving complex reimbursable operations
- 10+ years of Federal government reimbursable accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Able to work fully onsite based on client needs
Desired:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information technology, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with finance, logistics, and IT teams
- Experience in project management methodologies

Responsibilities
The General Fund Business Enterprise System (GFEBS) Consultant will play a vital role in implementing and optimizing the U.S. Army's financial and logistics ERP system. This includes installing and configuring GFEBS to meet organizational needs, training end-users on system functionality, and analyzing business processes to identify enhancements. The candidate will ensure data integrity within GFEBS, monitor transactions, and implement corrective actions while also ensuring compliance with Federal regulations and Army policies. Will collaborate with stakeholders across finance, logistics, and IT to optimize workflows, generate financial reports for management decision-making, and provide ongoing support for system updates and enhancements. The GFEBS Analyst will support the Army's operational efficiency by ensuring effective use of the system and maintainance of compliance.
