The Intelligence Programs Group (IPG), part of SPA's Space and Intelligence Division, is a specialized provider of systems engineering and trusted advisory services to the Space and National Intelligence community. We utilize mission-proven, data-driven advisory tools and capabilities. We provide highly technical support to ensure the government acquires cutting edge technology necessary for our National Defense. Our portfolio includes the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA). Responsibilities The key duties associated with this position include but are not limited to the following: Review and process all foreign travel requests. Schedule deployment training. Conduct pre-deployment briefings. Monitor travel status for reporting purposes related to foreign travel to include daily and weekly reports. Act as the NROs resource for deployment related matters for all official foreign travel temporary duty. Ensure compliance with all regulations and obtain the necessary approvals. Notify in-country representatives of expected personnel and travel dates. Monitor the Global Deployment Center processing system sand submit requirements for updates or repairs as appropriate. Ability to create high-quality documentation and presentations tailored to diverse audiences. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Experience providing executive-level administrative support in government, military, or large-scale corporate settings Experience creating high-quality documentation and presentations Demonstrated experience managing task-tracking systems and synthesizing complex information for executive audiences Reports to Chantilly, VA, up to full-time, based upon the needs of the customer

Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Experience providing executive-level administrative support in government, military, or large-scale corporate settings Experience creating high-quality documentation and presentations Demonstrated experience managing task-tracking systems and synthesizing complex information for executive audiences Reports to Chantilly, VA, up to full-time, based upon the needs of the customer
