In Australia, more than 130 employees are based across Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide In this role, you will be responsible for administering and providing technical support across our corporate systems, procuring IT hardware and software, and ensuring compliance with cyber security frameworks such as the Essential Eight, PSPF, and the ISM. You'll also oversee the secure facility housing our sensitive networks and work with external vendors to maintain and support these environments. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where you'll be part of a small team supporting a growing organisation across two Canberra sites. Responsibilities Responsibilities Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including configuration and maintenance. Manage security settings such as MFA, conditional access, and threat protection. Implement compliance policies, including DLP and data retention across Microsoft 365. Maintain and monitor sensitive networks to ensure performance, security, and uptime. Oversee physical and environmental security of the facility hosting sensitive IT infrastructure. Ensure compliance with PSPF, ISM, and Essential Eight cyber security frameworks. Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Manage IT service requests and incidents via the internal ticketing system. Procure IT hardware and software and coordinate with vendors for delivery and support. Schedule and coordinate maintenance and system upgrades with internal teams and external providers. To be eligible for this role, you must be able to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance. Over 3 years' experience working within government, consulting, or a professional services environment will be highly regarded.
