Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of relevant experience with NC3 domain systems, issues, policy, and budget processes
- 3+ years of experience with DoD Budget process (Budget Exhibits/RDocs and/or experience with Service POM submissions)
- Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DoD, military/civilian personnel, and industry partners
- Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, and initiative
- Ability to work both independently and in teams to meet mission objectives; able to track and coordinate multiple simultaneous efforts
- Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility
- Comfortable with MS Office tools
Desired:
- Experience supporting OSD or Joint Staff (desired)
- Master's Degree (desired)
Responsibilities
The NC3 Policy and Budget Analyst will support government leadership within the NC3 Directorate on a number of tasks related to the ongoing modernization and sustainment of the portfolio. Primary focus areas are acquisition policy, governance, and resourcing of the NC3 portfolio. The candidate will assist the government in executing portfolio management of the NC3 modernization efforts, including conducting Integrated Acquisition Portfolio Review (IAPRs) and Service Program Review.
