Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in developing compelling briefs and presentations tailored to executive audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Power Point, Word, and Excel
- DoD Secret clearance, and the ability to maintain it throughout employment

Responsibilities
Chair WGC Meetings:
- Schedule regular WGC meetings.
- Identify and invite key action officers, subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders.
- Distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items to participants before and after meetings.
- Craft meeting agendas to efficiently and effectively gain status and share relevant information amongst attendees.
- Lead discussions to ensure meetings are productive and focused on actionable outcomes.
- Record action items and decisions made during meetings.
- Assign responsibilities to appropriate action officers.
- Monitor the completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain a list of outstanding and completed actions.
- Act as a liaison between the working group and SEC to provide updates on progress and key issues.
- Prepare and deliver reports summarizing meeting outcomes, decisions and action items to senior leadership.
Support SEC Meetings:
- Determine appropriate meeting dates and times for quarterly SEC meetings based on the availability of key participants.
- Send out calendar invitations and reminders to all attendees.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure availability of necessary resources (e.g., meeting rooms, conference calls, and virtual meeting platforms).
- Ensure meeting agendas and materials are prepared in advance and distributed to all participants.
- Lead or assist in leading the meetings, ensuring they follow the agenda unless otherwise directed.
- Document key decisions and action items.
- Gather data, financial reports, and other relevant information for inclusion in SEC filings or quarterly reports.
- Monitor the progress of action items assigned during the quarterly meetings.
- Maintain a list of outstanding and completed actions.
- Ensure meeting minutes, reports and related documents are archived.
- Track historical meeting outcomes and reports for future reference or audits.
- Assist in drafting follow-up communications after meetings, including distributing meeting minutes and updating stakeholders on next steps.
- Monitor the implementation of decisions made during meetings and provide status updates.
Manage associated INDOPACOM Tasking (e.g., Hard Goals, Theater Posture Plan Initiatives):
- Act as the primary point of contact between all supporting stakeholders including internal teams, external partners and contractors.
- Monitor the progress of tasking milestones.
- Proactively identify potential issues or delays that may affect project timelines and take the necessary steps to mitigate risks or escalate problems to the appropriate parties.
- Alert relevant stakeholders to potential delays or issues in real time, providing sufficient detail for informed decision-making and timely corrective action.
High-Quality Brief Development:
- Develop and deliver high-quality briefs for senior leaders.
- Prepare presentations that clearly and concisely communicate key messages.
Policy and Process Improvement:
- Analyze and refine processes related to subsidiary management and reporting mechanisms, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively identify challenges and propose innovative solutions to improve operational success.
