The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.
SPA's Strategic Division's Regional Strike System Group (RSSG) supports critical U.S. government programs providing Systems Engineering, Systems Safety, Modelling, Master Scheduling, and Financial Analysis support. RSSG is hiring for a Program Analyst to support the SSP SLCM-N program office in Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary support contractor point of contact to the Fleet Integration and Logistics Branch for all contract oversight and acquisition-related activities.
- Monitor vendor performance in the areas of training and documentation generation, providing oversight and direction to ensure that all contractual obligations are met on time and within budget.
- Gather and disseminate information, facilitate client engagements, develop and maintain planning tools, prepare reports and presentations, and present results to stakeholders throughout the client organization and to external stakeholders.
- Work closely with engineers, financial analysts, subject-matter experts, functional teams, and senior leadership planning the coordination of efforts and report development.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work full-time, up to 5 days a week, at Maritime Plaza and surrounding areas (Washington Navy Yard).
- Active DoD SECRET security clearance with the ability to obtain a DoD TOP SECRET security clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM or business field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in acquisition, contracting, program management, or government.
- Experience in preparing and delivering briefings to senior/executive leadership.
Desired Qualifications:
- Active DoD TOP SECRET security clearance.
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience supporting ACAT 1D program management or other large-scale defense projects.
- WarU Program Management Advanced Certification.
Pay Range Information

Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Washington, DC, Pay Transparency Salary range: USD $110,000.00/Yr. - USD $165,000.00/Yr.
