We are seeking a Program Integrator to join our team to support the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Business Financial Manager. Responsibilities As a member of the IFMC Business Finance team, the Program Integrator uses objectively-based information for making decisions on the administrative and programmatic aspects of agency operations and management by accomplishing a wide variety of assignments. This role serves as expert planner and coordination, in addition to being the advisor for the Product Managers (PdM) and Deputy Product Managers (DPdM) regarding Business and Financial Management. Responsibilities include management and general oversight for budget, acquisition, cost, and EVM functions aspects of all current and future projects. Responsibilities also include providing leadership via coordination, review, and direction, as well as ensuring top priorities are met by communicating effectively. Duties include supporting the IFMC Product Office on all business, financial, contract, logistics, and technical management activities associated with IBCS/Patriot hardware and software development. This will include coordination with PdM contracts, budget, acquisition and systems engineering teams for the development of independent cost estimates, contracts requirement packages, acquisitions strategies and technical solutions and paths ahead. Duties also include assessing long-range factors in their potential to affect programmatic or technical progress of the project. The Program Integrator will provide periodic reviews with appropriate representatives to determine status of overall project and major milestones; ensure coordination of orderly phasing of all actions and cost, schedule, and performance risk; identify alternative risk mitigation approaches; and ascertain appropriate action required to maintain or improve project schedules. Qualifications Required Qualifications: A bachelor's degree and 0-5 years of relevant experience Fluency in Microsoft Office Products The ability to travel when required The ability to work onsite at Bldg 5250, full-time, based upon client needs The ability to obtain and maintain an active SECRET federal security clearance Desired Qualifications: An active SECRET federal security clearance Understanding of Army Integrated Air Missile Defense (AIAMD) systems and previous experience with the Integrated Battle Command System (IBCS), Patriot, Sentinel, Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS), Indirect Fire Protection Capability (IFPC) and future sensors and launchers Experience with DoD Programming, Planning, Budget, and Execution (PPBE)
