Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- BS degree with 10+ years program management experience
- DoD Secret clearance and the ability to maintain this throughout employment
Desired Qualifications:
- Understanding of DoD Acquisition lifecycle requirements.
- Experience managing Army programs/Task Orders
Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for overall customer support and management of the contractor workforce to include,
- Interviewing, hiring, and training employees, staff planning, assigning, and directing work, and addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Ensuring sufficient personnel with the requisite skills are available and that commitments are executed on‐time within budget and to the highest quality standards to meet contractual commitments.
- Interfacing with client and outside personnel, prepares capital and operating requests, and manages staff.
- Controlling and accounting for resources (e.g. people, budget, etc.).
