The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.

 

The Strategic Systems Analysis Group (SSAG) supports government and private sector strategic planning, decision making, and program management. SSAG integrates deep client knowledge, advanced analytics, and subject matter expertise to provide timely and objective technical, operational, programmatic, acquisition, and policy analysis. SSAG is now hiring for a Schedule Analyst to work at Maritime Plaza, D.C.

Pay Transparency: $110,000 - 150,000.


Responsibilities

The Master Scheduler will manage Integrated Master Schedules for a new development program. They will provide technical and programmatic systems engineering support to the TRIDENT II missile. In addition, they will support headquarters-level planning, development and execution for a variety of activities including systems integration, system accuracy, system reliability, support equipment design, and systems safety. Travel 2-3 times/year will be required.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Ability to work at Maritime Plaza in Washington D.C.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Disciplines, Business Management and Administration or similar degree.
  • SECRET clearance.
  • 5+ year's professional experience as a Program Scheduler with strong understanding of Program Controls and Program Performance Management processes, policies and guidelines.
  • Advanced Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 tool experience.
  • Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS), and WBS.
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic, time management, and interpersonal skills.

 

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP®).
  • Experience working with Strategic Systems Programs.
  • Experience working with DoD engineering and acquisition processes.
