Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI w/CI polygraph
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
- At least (4) years' experience as an action office
- Be able to respond quickly and flexibly to a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Experience developing monthly roadmaps and an annual strategy for senior leadership
- Facilitation MID leadership exchanges between MID and the NRO
- Drafting and editing executive correspondence
- Developing overview briefings, year-in-reviews, weekly activity reports, off site agendas
- Maintaining an annual MID governance polity and process(es)
- Manage MIDs TIER actions to ensure complete action response and on time closure
- Provide MID protocol support for DVs and others assigned by the NRO to include agendas, briefing slides, visitor requests, and conference room coordination
Desired Qualifications:
- Managing and improving office operations and procedures in support of the MID directorate
- 5 years' experience in the Westfield customer environment
- Master's degree
- Project Management Professional, or DAU, certification
- ITIL certification
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work with key stakeholders to understand and track project status, actions, milestones, schedules, and drive policy actions and recommendations. The Action Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for mission support assignment to include the cradle to grave tracking of TIERs (Tracking Information and Enterprise Response) and overseeing the accomplishment of tasks supporting the agency's mission. You will direct a small team within the program to support business functions related to the directorate's mission and senior leadership responsibilities. You will utilize tools for tracking actions, preparing briefings, perform technical reviews, and ensure the front office is properly informed and prepared for participation in senior level meetings.
