Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of relevant experience and a related Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in applying knowledge management practices and procedures
  • Experience in managing records, content, and data in SharePoint and Army 365
  • Experience with Microsoft tools including MS Teams, Excel, SharePoint, etc.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and employ critical thinking within teams and with government stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • An active DoD SECRET security clearance, and the ability to maintain these throughout employment

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience providing support to DoD/Army and experience working with and reporting to DoD government leadership
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Apps, Automate, BI)


Responsibilities

We are seeking a SharePoint Administrator to join our team in supporting the Installation Management Command's (IMCOM) Public Works Systems (PWS).

 

Your day-to-day work will include:

  • Develop and implement a fully functional knowledge management system.
  • Apply knowledge management policies and procedures to existing and new initiatives.
  • Assist in the design, development, and implementation of automated workflows to streamline business processes.
  • Create clear and concise documentation for developed workflows, administrative procedures, and governance.
  • Develop training materials and provide training and support for end-users on functionalities within SharePoint and automated workflows and assist in general knowledge transfers between pertinent parties.
  • Provide regular performance reports on SharePoint system usage, knowledge base growth, and user satisfaction.
  • Apply knowledge of SharePoint to create and manage content types, site columns, lookups, and templates; create a scalable structure for sites; manage alerts and changes to sites; and other activities as required.
  • Develop and manage document libraries, metatags, and other knowledge support requirements.
  • Perform SharePoint administration duties as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
