Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Master's or Doctorate preferred) in STEM or related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in STEM or related field
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in written communication
  • Must be able to work independently and complete tasking with minimal guidance and supervision
  • Must be able to learn and work within cloud-based collaboration tools with an emphasis on push communications
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to facilitate meetings, trainings, and resolve concerns presented during change implementation
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance

Desired:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Data Science, or Software Development
  • Test and Evaluation (T&E) experience


Responsibilities

The Test and Evaluation Process Integration Subject Matter Expert will evaluate business operations/processes and make recommendations for improvements. Identifiy areas where technical or procedural solutions would improve assessment or business performance. Integrate expertise across divisional functional areas to monitor assessment performance, making recommendations of strategic investments for process improvement and coordinating change management when improvements are directed. Manage the collection of TSX stakeholder inputs for process change evaluations, summarizing issues and making recommendations for solutions. Travel to the execution site for assessments to support assessment activities (usually data collection) and to evaluate the effectiveness of established processes. Generate recommendations based on trip observations. Participate in work-flow management to obtain approval for execution plans and release of observation reports. Participate in assessment review meetings such as project proposals, execution evaluations and resource allocation decisions. Coordinate with the Knowledge Manager, Database Administrator, and Leadership support team to develop dashboards and information summaries to support decision-making. Coordinate and/or develop and deliver training in support of changes initiated by process improvement. Provide continuous support to the workforce for new tools introduced through process improvement changes.
