Qualifications

Required:

  • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly at time of application
  • Master's degree in a Computer Science or Computer Engineering discipline or a Bachelor's degree in a similar discipline with at least 8 years of related experience
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in government or industry in relevant work areas including: DoD/IC cyberspace operations and practices, front office operations, or similar commercial or private industry environments.
  • Proficiency in website support tools, such as HTML, AWS, Azure, Java, Jira, Python, etc.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Desired:

  • Additional training or certifications in website development-related topics associated with DoD programs, such as space systems
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in an Intelligence Community organization's front office
  • Domain knowledge of DoD/IC operations and processes
  • Familiarity with the Tracking Information & Enterprise Response (TIER) tool
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite applications


Responsibilities

Web Developer Specialists provide expert-level support to senior executives in a government front office to help them address their roles and responsibilities accurately, responsively, and in a timely manner. Shall be highly knowledgeable in Internet website development and associated online digital services. Shall be prepared to provide support in a dynamic operational environment with short turnaround cycle times and often involving complex issues, concepts, and processes. Must be able to perform with excellence in support of a wide range of Internet and website programming, languages, and support functions, such as the following activities:

  • Support website maintenance and new website development.
  • Support system acquisition front office activities, such as requirements, CONOPS, and operating manual maintenance.
  • Review and assess website compliance with applicable web policies, standards, guidelines.
  • Make constructive recommendations for ways to improve website effectiveness, responsiveness, and accuracy.
  • Review and assess business processes.
  • Maintain synchrony of websites across multiple platforms.
  • Serve as a content manager for organizational data elements, such as organization charts, phone numbers, and other pertinent and relevant information and data.
  • Maintain web team Information Management (IM) requirements.
  • Acquire web usage statistics and other diagnostic tools.
