This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in B2B sales, account management, and customer growth—balancing relationship building with real revenue responsibility.

The Account Manager role is a full-time, in-office position located in Springfield, MO requiring approximately 30% travel.

What You'll Do as a Key Account Manager

 Own & Grow Key Accounts

  • Manage relationships with OEM customers as the primary point of contact

  • Build trust across procurement, engineering, operations, and leadership

  • Drive account retention, expansion, and long-term partnerships

 Drive Revenue & Opportunity

  • Identify new programs, upsell opportunities, and service improvements

  • Develop quotes, proposals, and pricing strategies

  • Turn customer insights into measurable business growth

 Deliver Best-in-Class Customer Experience

  • Lead communication, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction

  • Coordinate with operations, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams

  • Manage escalations while balancing customer and business priorities

 Leverage Data & Strategy to Support Growth

  • Support forecasting and communicate demand trends

  • Contribute to sales strategy and market insights

  • Participate in customer reviews, trade shows, and industry events

What We're Looking For 
  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer-facing roles

  • Background in manufacturing, OEM, automotive, or industrial products preferred

  • Strong skills in relationship management, communication, and problem-solving

  • Experience with CRM systems and ability to be trained on company specific system

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities

  • Comfortable with 30% travel

Strong Candidates Will Also Have
  • Experience managing complex accounts or supply chains

  • A commercial mindset with focus on revenue growth and profitability

  • Confidence navigating challenging customer conversations
