Staff Accountant – SRC Holdings
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our team at SRC Holdings Corp. You'll play a critical role supporting our companies and finance teams through overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking activities, and more.

Staff Accountant — What You'll Do
- Enter accounts payable, process payments and maintain files for four different accounts, and process several forms of payments.
- Semi-annual ESOP payments
- Keep track of annual reoccurring payments
- Keep track of tax payments for the year
- Enter and distribute all accounts receivable items
- Collect payments and apply to A/R
- 1099's (1099-INT, NEC, B & Misc) for 3 different entities
- Reconcile the daily bank activities and enter in accounting system
- Generate monthly report showing department transactions and assist in any questions requiring payments made
- Create, track and file lien waivers for construction payments
- Back up the front desk with phones, and foot traffic
- Recommend improvements to accounting operations and support the SRC Companies

Experience and Education
- High school diploma or equivalency required
- Experience in accounting, AP/AR preferred
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience preferred
Skills
- Proficiency in financial reporting, account reconciliations and accounts payable processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral
