What You Will Get To Do:

The Client and Business Integration Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering client and business initiatives, ensuring their successful implementation across both operational and client-facing teams within the Transfer Agency (TA) function. Acting as a strategic link between product development, project delivery, and business readiness, this role oversees the TA team's prioritisation and value assessment. It partners closely with project delivery, product, transitions, and business consulting teams to drive engagement, gather and analyse requirements, and support process adoption. The role plays a key part in embedding sustainable change that aligns with business objectives, strategic priorities, and regulatory requirements.

  • Lead and coordinate business and client change initiatives across the Transfer Agency (TA), ensuring timely, compliant, and value-aligned delivery.

  • Manage TA's change intake and prioritisation framework, assessing initiatives by value, risk, and impact.

  • Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Product, Project Delivery, and Transitions teams to integrate cross-functional change delivery.

  • Build and maintain a cost-to-serve model to inform resource allocation, efficiency, and profitability.

  • Oversee implementation planning in partnership with the Business Readiness Lead, ensuring smooth change adoption.

  • Act as the main contact for BAU and client-driven change, including new funds, process changes, regulatory and digital uplift.

  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communication, ensuring clarity, alignment, and readiness across internal and external teams.

  • Support documentation of business requirements, future-state process mapping, and impact assessments.

  • Coordinate TA inputs to RFPs, due diligence, and strategic deliverables.

  • Monitor and report initiative progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and governance forums.

  • Lead and develop a team of business change analysts, aligning skills to evolving business needs.

  • Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence, fostering a culture of agility and innovation.

  • Ensure change initiatives align with compliance and risk frameworks, supporting audit readiness and regulatory standards.

What You Will Bring:

  • Deep knowledge of Transfer Agency operations, fund administration, and financial services tech.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional project delivery experience.

  • Proven expertise in business transformation, process improvement, and implementation planning.

  • Skilled in project and change management (PRINCE2, PMP, ADKAR, Agile).

  • Proficient in Visio, Excel, PowerBI, and data-driven performance reporting.

  • Analytical mindset with strength in problem-solving, prioritisation, and managing ambiguity.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 15+ years in TA or Custody, with a strong record in leading complex change initiatives.
