What You Will Get To Do:
The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and delivering strategic client solutions and long-term relationship management for Fund Services within SS&C's Global Investor & Distribution Solutions (GIDS) business across Asia Pacific. Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, the role ensures SS&C's transfer agency and digital platform solutions are aligned to client strategies, operational requirements, and growth objectives. The position supports a diverse product portfolio, including unit registry platforms, locally established operating models and BPO services for fund managers and transfer agencies, as well as an enterprise digital platform for advisors and investors.
In this role, key responsibilities include:
Building, maintaining, and growing strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Developing a deep understanding of clients' transfer agency businesses, strategies, products, and operating requirements, and aligning SS&C's services accordingly.
Partnering with internal business leads and functional heads to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality services.
Delivering year-on-year growth targets for Transfer Agency services across the APAC region.
Leading monthly service reviews and performance reporting to ensure contractual obligations and KPIs are met.
Providing oversight of client change initiatives and implementation activities.
Managing day-to-day client enquiries and issue resolution, including oversight of ongoing service delivery and escalation where required.
Establishing and maintaining effective governance frameworks and relationship meeting schedules.
Ensuring internal stakeholders and senior leaders are informed of performance, risks, and potential areas of concern.
Preparing and managing reporting, dashboards, and presentation materials for internal and external meetings.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account and opportunity data within the CRM system.
Monitoring the Transfer Agency competitive landscape and evolving client needs to effectively position SS&C's solutions.
Supporting new business development activities, including proposals, RFPs, and RFIs, through a strong understanding of SS&C's products, services, and technologies.
Ensuring the timely and effective provision of relevant information to clients and internal stakeholders in an appropriate format.
What You Will Bring:
Operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability in a client-facing environment.
Strong knowledge of Transfer Agency operations and technology, supported by an understanding of the financial services regulatory landscape.
Solid understanding of client service models, business strategies, organisational structures, and product offerings.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and concisely.
Proven ability to build, manage, and grow relationships with key client contacts across multiple levels.
Strong interpersonal skills, with confidence in positioning complex technology and service solutions to diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated capability to develop trusted adviser relationships with clients.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in client relationship management roles.
Proven experience delivering projects, vendor engagements, or migration initiatives within a transfer agency environment.
In-depth knowledge of transfer agency functions and associated fund services.
