Job Description
Analyzes, implements, and maintains a variety of key elements of the client benefit structure in the claims processing system (e.g., Summary Plan Document (SPD), inclusions/exclusions, co-pays, etc.). Works closely with clients on plan design requirements and translation into the claims processing system. Converts, builds, and maintains fee reimbursement schedules in the system. Works with various internal departments to coordinate implementation of client requests and consult on client-requested clinical edits and benefit-related client projects. In this capacity, identifies feasibility, impact, and the most appropriate methods for implementation. Troubleshoots and tests changes and appropriately document outcomes. Leader with broad operational or functional responsibilities who participates with other senior leaders or executives to establish and ensure the achievement of strategic plans and objectives. Demonstrates in-depth company knowledge, specialized skills, and influence to solve critical and complex issues. Participates in the development and administration of broad-scope programs and projects that have significant impact on operational or functional success. Minimally requires a Master's degree and 8 years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related experience, or high school degree and 12 years of related experience.
