Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the delivery of technology or operational initiatives, contributing to ongoing business improvement.
Conducting research, data analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
Assisting in process mapping, documentation, and optimisation projects.
Supporting implementation and testing of systems, tools, or workflow changes.
Collaborating with teams across business functions, including IT, risk, compliance, and customer operations.
Participating in internal meetings, workshops, and project planning sessions.
Managing individual tasks and responsibilities with accountability and professionalism.
Engaging in regular training and development activities, both self-directed and as part of structured learning.
Managing your own performance, career and personal development - in conjunction with your line manager and in reference to the SS&C standard frameworks for these.
Learning & Development
Completion of core learning modules, including financial services regulation, professional behaviours, and internal systems/processes.
Active participation in technical or operational training aligned with your role (e.g., coding, data analysis, process improvement, systems training).
Regular reviews with line managers and mentors to support continuous development.
Encouraged to work towards relevant professional qualifications (where applicable).
Area/Sub Function
To carry out any other duties which are within the employee's skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed
Technical requirements and qualifications
Recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in any discipline – STEM or business-related fields preferred for certain role. To be expecting or have achieved a 2.2 degree classification or above.
A strong interest in financial services and a desire to develop a career in technology, customer services or operations.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail.
Proactive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to learn new systems and concepts quickly.
Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.

Regulatory
- SS&C Employees are required to comply with the regulatory regime in which SS&C operates as appropriate to the above role.
