Implementation Specialist

Locations: Remote | AZ, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, MO, NC

With the launch of DomaniRx, support is needed to complete training material for the new platform.  This will be used by internal and client resources.

What You Will Get To Do:

End to end management of client migration/implementations

• DomaniRx face to the client; able to represent DomaniRx and reflect client needs to the SS&C organization
• Understands end to end migration/implementation flows
• Effectively interface and collaborate with business and IT
• Accountable for the overall success of migration/implementation; drives the team to meet objectives that align with organizational goals
• Ability to effectively communicate with executive leadership
• Acts a project manager for the migration/implementation project
• Ability to track and report metrics and risk, and effectively create and manage appropriate mitigation strategies

What You Will Bring:

• Ability to establish and execute an end-to-end implementation strategy through proactive planning and organization
• Ability to identify and mitigate barriers quickly
• Project management skills
  • Excels in standard project methodology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project software
  • Experience in leading medium-to-large projects
  • Platform implementation project experience is a plus

• Effective Communication
  • Uses professional grammar, tone, spelling, and punctuation in written communications
  • Uses professional grammar and tone in oral communications
  • Effective in preparing, participating, and facilitating in a variety of communication styles and audiences: one-on-one, small or large groups and/or diverse stakeholders and position levels
