Job Title: Investor Services Manager
Locations: Kansas City, MO (Hybrid/Remote)

About the Role

The Investor Services Manager leads and develops a team of contact center representatives, ensuring high-quality support for investors and advisors. This role is responsible for driving client satisfaction, overseeing daily operations, and acting as a key link between leadership and frontline associates to deliver an exceptional service experience.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Monitor team productivity and provide coaching, feedback, and performance support
  • Communicate organizational updates and ensure alignment with company and departmental goals
  • Conduct one-on-one meetings and annual performance reviews
  • Partner with leadership to prepare for client meetings and ensure client satisfaction
  • Drive employee engagement, morale, and retention through proactive leadership
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies, including handling disciplinary actions when needed
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure accurate handling of shareholder and participant inquiries

Required Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of related industry and leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop team members
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills
  • Ability to manage daily operations and meet service expectations
  • Experience working in structured, process-driven environments

What Sets You Apart (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Working knowledge of the financial services industry
  • Experience with transfer agency operations, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a contact center or operations environment
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Experience presenting to clients or participating in client-facing meetings
  • Ability to drive performance and maintain high-quality service standards
