At SS&C, we deliver exceptional client service through:

  • Technology-enabled processes that scale across a global operating model.

  • Empowered people who are future-ready, client-focused, and collaborative.

What You'll Do
  • Handle shareholder and intermediary queries via phone, email, and other channels within client-defined timeframes.

  • Deliver service that meets or exceeds KPIs, SLAs, and quality targets.

  • Process data and prepare reports or ad-hoc documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Acknowledge and resolve complaints within agreed timelines.

  • Support the continuous review and update of procedures and job aids.

  • Participate in control checks, audits, and data-review processes.

  • Coach and support junior team members to strengthen knowledge and performance.

  • Collaborate on departmental projects and process improvements.

  • Ensure compliance with all Client Asset, Data Protection, and Financial Crime Prevention regulations.

What You'll Bring
  • 2–4 years' experience in Financial Services, Investor Services, or Banking.

  • Strong understanding of Transfer Agency operations and investor servicing.

  • Bachelor's degree (Business or related field preferred).

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).

  • High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.

  • Strong client-orientation and problem-solving ability.

  • Fluent in English; additional European languages (German, French, Italian) are a plus.

  • Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn and grow.

At SS&C, we value diversity and inclusion — our differences make us stronger.
