What You Will Get To Do:

The Super Administration Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the administrative team, ensuring efficient and effective administrative support across the organization. This role involves leading a team of administrative professionals, managing workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate the administrative team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
  • Workflow Management: Coordinate and manage administrative workflows to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality standards for administrative processes and services.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing development opportunities for team members.
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively to meet the demands of various departments and projects.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise within the administrative team.
  • Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication within the team and with other departments.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, productivity, and areas for improvement.
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency.

What You Will Bring:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader position.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
