Retirement Plan Maintenance Analyst
Location: Any Primary or Secondary Location(s) | Hybrid

Plan Maintenance Analyst is responsible for processing the full variety of Plan level maintenances, Price Margin, financial and non-financial, by client. A percentage of Quality check (QC) of other analyst processing for all work types completed within the Plan Maintenance Team is required.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Ensure all data and systems requirements are updated accurately
- Handle bundled and unbundled plans as well as Simple IRAs
- Handle maintenance and calculations on annuity product
- Maintain a high level of service to clients by responsiveness, effective communications and completion of project deliverables in agreed upon timeframes according to contractual benchmarks
- Partner with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues efficiently to meet all deadlines
- Coordinate communication and resolution with internal partners and clients
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree or Retirement Services work experience
- 3-5 years Defined Contribution Plan Administration or Plan Conversion experience required
- Proficient knowledge of qualified retirement plans and an understanding of plan setup and maintenance as applicable to daily plan administration
- General knowledge of IRS and SEC regulations
- Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel required
- Strong numbers aptitude, including a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to gather and analyze facts, evaluate plan needs, and develop creative solutions
- Demonstrate organizational skills, and the ability to set goals and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work Hybrid in local office 6 days per month.
