Job Description
Works within established procedures and ensures completion of work assigned/allocation within agreed SLA. Ensures meeting Quality SLA for the work given. Uses developed knowledge and skills to perform assignments with a moderate degree of supervision. Always proactive and work on expanding knowledge base and zeal to get upskilled across clients.
Skill Requirement:
- 2 - 3 year of experience in 401(k) Retirements Plans (cash reconciliation as well as data entry for check creation)
- Good communication skills
- Good Problem solving and analytical skills and multi-task
- Basic MS Office knowledge and preference to good working knowledge of Excel
- Must be able to adapt the assignments quickly
- Flexibility in work culture (Example – She/he should be flexible in Day/Night shift based on business requirement)
