Product Owner - Derivatives

Locations: Windsor, CT | Boston, MA | New York, NY | Hybrid

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Develop and execute derivatives product strategy, messaging, and launch of products and solutions that support the company's overall strategy and goals.
  • Analyze market opportunity, anticipate industry direction, evaluate the feasibility and financial justification for new products and/or new releases of existing products, and identify requirements for future and current functionality.
  • Lead a team of professionals or first-level leaders working on issues of a diverse scope and coordinating department activities.
  • Work closely with functional teams, including technical architecture and development teams, to ensure that appropriate processes are being followed to meet financial, timing, and customer expectations.
  • Exercise latitude to make decisions within established company policies to meet business objectives.
  • Establish procedures and recommend changes to policies.

What You Will Bring:

  • A strong understanding of insurance customers' needs, the competitive environment including our position in relation to competitors, and the market forces required to maintain a successful product solution.
  • Possesses knowledge of overall product development processes and marketing strategy and has analysis/project management mindsets to thrive in a demanding environment.
  • Experience leading teams to deliver results.
  • Minimally requires a Bachelor's degree and 6 years of related experience or Master's degree and 4 years of related experience

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions. NY: Salary range for the position: 110,000.00 USD to 150,000.00 USD.
