Get To Know the Team: 

We are seeking a seasoned transformation Project Manager that is organized, driven, and meticulous who has a demonstrated history of successfully supporting financial services operational process improvement and transformation initiatives.   Prior expertise working in a transfer agency operations team driving process and operational enhancements would be ideal.    The Project Manager role will be a highly visible role and will require the incumbent to have effective communication skills, the ability to assimilate and illustrate complex process information while effectively contributing to evaluating and recommending solutions.    This incumbent will work within a team or Program Managers and other Project Managers, each with a portfolio of assigned process improvement and transformation initiatives.    The Project Manager must be adept at identifying and engaging the appropriate stakeholders and have expert level project management skills to drive operational (people, process and technology) change.    The incumbent will be responsible for efforts such as identifying stakeholders, capturing and documenting process flows,  business requirements, training materials, organization plans, operating model changes, job description changes, updating procedures, preparing test plans, preparing implementation plans and ensuring all initiatives and implementations are made with adherence to corporate policies and procedures.     The Project Manager will support the Program Managers with their assigned initiatives to ensure the overall success of implementation.

This role may require 25% to 50% US domestic travel.

What You Will Get to Do: 

  • Lead and manage several initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timeliness within-scope, and on-budget delivery.
  • Supporting the development of project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, RAID logs, RACI matrices, governance models, process flows, business requirements, status reports.
  •  Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to prepare required documentation and corresponding communications to stakeholders to affect change.
  • Prior experience preparing business requirements, implementation planning, preparing procedures, training materials, creating test plans and overseeing testing efforts.  Working with key business stakeholders within the TA but also peripheral stakeholder teams such as Compliance, Continuity, Client Management, Human Resources and IT for example.
  • Identify, manage, and resolve project risks, issues, and changes as they arise and recognize when to escalate
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports and status updates.
  • Monitor project progress, track performance, and adjust plans as necessary to stay on track with program deliverables.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet the expected quality standards and expectations.
  • Partner with the Program Manager to prepare and issue reporting on project status and lead and coordinate status update meetings.
  • Partner with the Program Manager to evaluate project performance post-completion and provide actionable recommendations for future initiatives.

What You Will Bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management certification or equivalent experience
  • Leading process improvement and or transformation initiatives
  • Transfer Agency or Financial Services experience (banking, reconciliation, accounting etc)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • A passion for process improvement
  • Proficiency with MS Power Point, Project, Visio and Excel
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong leadership and people skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to support multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions. Colorado: Salary range for the position: $45,000 USD to $105,000 USD.
