Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic Junior Salesperson to join our business development team in promoting SS&C RPA and IA platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline. This role will focus on selling our RPA and IA services to existing clients, financial service organizations, including hedge fund managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations that align with their business goals.
- Pipeline Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored RPA and IA solutions.
- Technical Sales: Communicate the value proposition of our RPA and IA services effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in RPA and IA.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the development and various internal teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Participate in sales meetings, contribute to the development of sales strategies, and achieve defined sales targets.
- Reporting: Conduct in-depth client needs analysis and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Experience:
Sales Experience: Proactive approach with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Minimum 3 years' experience in selling professional services and/or technology, preferably within the asset management or financial services sectors. Technical Understanding: A solid grasp of RPA and IA technologies, including how they work, their benefits, and their limitations. This helps in explaining the value proposition to potential clients. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the financial services industry and insight to understand their unique challenges and how RPA and IA can address them. Problem-Solving Skills: The capability to identify problems within a client's operations and propose RPA and IA solutions that can streamline processes and improve efficiency. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts in a way that is easy for non-technical stakeholders to understand.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
