What You Will Get To Do:
- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C# and .NET Framework 4.5+
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards in accordance with SS&C development policies
- Lead and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and oversight
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, QA, and other developers within Agile/Waterfall hybrid SDLC
- Enhance and refactor existing applications for performance and maintainability
- Act as a technical liaison between onshore and offshore teams when required
- Contribute to architectural and design decisions, especially around legacy modernization
What You Will Bring:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET development, especially .NET Framework 4.5+
- Solid experience with ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, Windows Forms, WCF, XML
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, views)
- Proficiency in unit testing frameworks such as MSTest or xUnit
- Strong understanding of Dependency Injection (Autofac) and Aspect-Oriented Programming (AOP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor, troubleshoot and take ownership of solutions
