Job Title: Senior Project Consultant

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid)

SS&C Salentica is a growth area within SS&C Technologies/Black Diamond, providing market-leading CRM software and services for the investment management industry. We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CRM Administrator (Salesforce Consultant) with excellent analytical and communication skills for our office in Jacksonville, Florida, or Toronto, Canada.

What You Will Get To Do:

• With our patented client engagement solutions built on Salesforce, you'll become a go-to subject-matter expert.
• Actively listen, elicit information, and comprehend issues/needs
• Designing/developing solutions (including custom flows, apps, dashboards, reports, and objects) within a Salesforce context
• Research solutions presented by clients or on your own accord and how they could fit into our Product as enhancements or used as solo solutions to clients
• Create and maintain technology documentation
• Configure and explain the Salesforce functionalities in detail and automation using Flow with different functions within Salesforce.
• Work with product management, sales, marketing, and service as needed to provide product insights and SME-level assistance
• Stay current on updates and new releases in Salesforce
• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CRM Administration and Salesforce Flows
• 2+ years of experience in information technology
• Experience designing Salesforce Apps, Salesforce Flows, Salesforce Security/ Permission Sets
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution

What will set you apart from the pack?

• Experience in the financial services industry, specifically wealth management and/or asset management.
• Technical skills with any/all of the following:
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud/ Financial Services Cloud
  • Microsoft Power Automate/ Power Platform
  • Experience using Confluence
  • Experience with Project Management (e.g. AGILE or SCRUM)
  • Experience with Business Requirements Gathering
  • Experience with Data Migrations
  • Experience with Change Management and SDLC best practices

• Salesforce Certifications (or equivalent):
  • Salesforce Admin 101/ 201
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
