Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing, understanding, and documenting business processes in detail where required.
  • Ensuring thorough documentation to capture the intricacies of the processes.
  • Identifying and communicating the technical infrastructure requirements necessary for the automation solutions.
  • Designing Blue Prism process solutions in accordance with standard Blue Prism design principles and conventions.
  • Ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
  • Configuring new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles.
  • Ensuring configurations are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive solution documentation.
  • Ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible for stakeholders.
  • Supporting existing automated processes.
  • Implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
  • Creating detailed business requirements and technical documentation, including:
    • Implementation guides
    • "As Is" Process Description – PDD (Process Description Document)
    • Detailed "To Be" Automated Process Description – SDD (Solution Design Document)
    • Product technical maintenance guides
  • Anticipating, identifying, and managing risks within a Product team.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in applying automation-based solutions to business problems.
    • 3+ years of relevant work experience applying process re-engineering tools and techniques.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Experience within the financial services industry.
    • Experience in  Blue Prism min 3-4years.
    • Active RPA platform certifications.
    • Experience working in agile development frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, etc.) using agile project management software such as JIRA.
