Description
The Brand Partnerships & Activations Intern will assist Stifel's brand partnerships & activations team with all projects related to corporate partnerships, activations, and ambassadors. This role will interact with members of the marketing team, Stifel's brand partners and ambassadors or their representatives, advisors across the firm, and third-party agencies to effectively market our partnerships in a way that's beneficial to the firm and its brand partners.
What We're Looking For
- Assists with the tracking and coordination of hospitality packages associated with each partnership.
- Support Marketing team members and the Executive Office in the planning and execution contractual elements for brand partnerships.
- Monitor social media for mentions/relevant content for Stifel to share to our own pages and work with appropriate teams to get content shared.
- Work with various Stifel Marketing teams to create materials for partnerships, including but not limited to internal and external announcements, ads, social media posts, videos, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Serve as an active team member by attending and participating in department and team meetings as necessary.

- Adaptable, highly organized individual with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects of varying importance with varying deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work well with others; strong team player as well as ability to work independently.
Education & Experience
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with at least 1 year of college completed.
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
