Job Summary
The Offshore ETF Product Management Associate is responsible for assisting with daily platform management of UCITS Exchange Traded Products (ETPs), which includes initial evaluation and ongoing review of products for acceptability, viability, and risk as utilized by Stifel International Financial Advisors with their clients subject to review by senior members of the Product Management team. The position will also conduct product comparisons and monitor asset flow and industry trends. The Associate will continually develop an in-depth knowledge of offshore investment products. This position works closely with other key members of the firm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Performs initial onboarding and ongoing review of UCITS ETPs to determine eligibility for Stifel's International Financial Advisors and client use subject to review by senior Product Management team members.
• Review for eligibility, complexity, and potential adverse effects on clients and the firm.
• Documents process via onboarding due diligence reports.
• Updates internal models, portal page, and internal and external materials.
• Performs analysis on product platforms using internal and external tools, including Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, and resources from product partners.
• Works with the Product Advice team to fulfill the Financial Advisor's requests related to offshore products.
• Provides educational tools and training materials for Financial Advisors on all aspects of UCITS ETPs.
• Develops and continually enhances knowledge of investment products and Stifel's various business areas.
• Special projects are assigned by the manager or senior Product Management team members to support department initiatives.

Qualifications
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Spanish/Portuguese fluency with the ability to speak and read is preferred.
• Working knowledge of investment products focusing on ETFs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle volatile/fluctuating information.

Education and Experience
• Minimum Required: Bachelor's in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data/Statistics, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum Required: 0-2 years of experience in the financial industry.

Licenses and Credentials
• Minimum Required: FINRA Series 7 certification within six months of hire.

Systems and Technology
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• SQL and Python/Java Proficiency is preferred.
