Description
The Operations Technical Support Manager will provide oversite and day to day management of associates who are responsible for providing technical support to all Operations Departments. The manager is responsible for ensuring the solutions developed by the Operations Technical Support team are appropriately tested and documented. The manager is responsible for the completion of multiple supervisory audits to ensure sufficient ongoing support for all solutions developed by the team. The manager is responsible providing leadership and guidance to the members of the Operations Technical Support team while ensuring the team is delivering on their responsibilities.
What We're Looking For
- Provide leadership to the department
- Ensure associates are fulfilling service levels and following departmental procedurals and best practices
- Utilization of available tools and metrics to help associates improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide oversite and maintenance of department policies and procedures
- Responsible for various supervisory controls to ensure work is being completed accurately and according to established procedures
- Collaborates with Manager with respect to department decision making
- Maintain an understanding of the work being completed by associates and the status of various projects
- Maintain appropriate tracking of all departmental responsibilities and supervisory procedures
- Ensure all workflow and vendor enhancements are appropriately tested prior to release

Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of Stifel Experience
- Minimum Required: 10+ years of industry experience
Licenses & Credentials
- Minimum Required: Series 7 or Series 99
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
