The Senior Venture Executive Assistant supports Venture leadership, including Managing Directors, by providing advanced administrative oversight and leadership across the Venture administrative function. This role serves as a trusted strategic and operational partner, ensuring consistent, efficient, and high‑quality administrative support within the Venture organization.



What We're Looking For

  • Provide advanced executive support to Venture Managing Directors, including management of highly complex calendars, scheduling, travel coordination, and expense oversight.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to Venture leadership, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of key initiatives and activities.
  • Lead and standardize administrative processes, workflows, and best practices across the Venture platform.
  • Mentor and guide Venture Administrative Assistants and Venture Executive Assistants, providing day‑to‑day guidance and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate high‑impact Venture meetings, leadership offsites, and portfolio‑related engagements.
  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of Stifel-curated events, driving engagement with industry partners and the broader community.
  • Manage relationships with administrative vendors and service providers supporting the Venture organization.
  • Support onboarding, transitions, and long‑term planning for Venture leadership roles.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve administrative workflows to support efficiency and scalability.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum required: High school degree or equivalent.
  • Preferred: College degree.
  • Minimum required: 7+ years of progressive executive support experience.
  • Preferred: Experience in event management.


Licenses & Credentials

  • Minimum Required: None.


Systems & Technology

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with enterprise calendaring, expense reporting, and document management systems.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to firm‑specific platforms and tools.
