The Treasury Operations Project Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution and oversight of Treasury-related initiatives within Treasury Operations. This role will manage project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with Treasury obligations and operational standards. The Project Analyst will leverage data and process analysis to drive improvements and ensure successful delivery of Treasury-related projects.
What We're Looking For
- Lead Treasury-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals while monitoring progress and providing regular status updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and issue logs.
- Facilitate meetings and cross-functional communication between Treasury Operations and partner teams.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend process enhancements.
- Drive initiatives to improve daily functions, including workflow optimization, process redesign, and system testing.
- Research market trends to inform Treasury strategies and product development.
- Ensure adherence to Treasury terms and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain audit readiness by supporting documentation efforts and gathering data for audits and risk assessments.
- Understand and evaluate risks associated with Treasury Services.
- Collaborate with technology and operations teams to define product requirements and client needs.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and rollout planning for new features.
- Support product launches and post-launch innovation cycles.
- Assist with training and enablement for internal teams and clients.
- Aid associates and customers with inquiries and issue resolution.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
- Ability to select and use training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Quarterly testing required outside of business hours.
Education & Experience
- Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum Required: 5+ years' in banking, treasury, or financial project management.
Licenses & Credentials
- AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) is a plus.
Systems & Technology
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization platform is a plus.
- Familiarity with Core/Treasury platforms (e.g.,Fiserv, Premier, Finxact, Commercial Center, Weiland, Q2) and other payment systems.
